What is a good place, a receipt to get at least 100 people to Las Vegas? Next month of October (Halloween I have to) find a salon / a reception after the wedding. We expect a self-catering, cakes, etc. to get, but have only one room in Nice. Cheap, easy or without cheese. Less than $ 1,000. Thanks

Ok, mostly I've been in marriage / business reception in Las Vegas for over a decade, and I know that many (if ever bring?) Room that you keep your own food if you are very far from the band are ... as a club or something.
However, many restaurants will give you free space, what you spend food.
If the "rent" a room for $ 1000, that the money that is not necessary to spend.
Somewhere like cheese (at Planet Hollywood), which provides meals for less than $ 20 per person and room rental for little or no charge.
If you insist on renting a room there is a center of the Knights of Columbus, near which is large enough, and you can bring your own food. Also check VFW, so perhaps the local community centers and rent, you can take your meals.
Less than $ 1000 in Las Vegas will be difficult unless someone knows something, so outside of a few places. You might ask in Tripadvisor.com and in the travel section here. Some residents have some answers for you.
The band is called a convention and really keep you. DH had to visit an exhibition and was taken to be on the water in bottles laugh $ 5.
Las Vegas is expensive. If you do not want to spend over $ 1K, you just have to cut and serve dinner.
