Divided Plates With Food Pictures How Effective Is The "half-plate Rule" As Far As Loosing Weight Goes?

How effective is the "half-plate rule" as far as loosing weight goes? - divided plates with food pictures

For those who do not know is the "rule of half the base" to share how to use the compartment for the meals. Half of the panel its carbohydrate and protein, and half of fruit was low in calories and / or vegetables. If you are still hungry after the meal, you can create a further portion of fruit or vegetables.

If a person lost to this rule for their meals to follow weight? Can I use this basic rule, with the adoption of other staple foods healthy choices (whole grains, lean meats, low in saturated fat, avoid, etc.) and reality, and calculate how many calories?

Thanks for the help.

Well, actually it depends on the quality of what is on your plate. If my lamb protein, grains of rice for me, for my potatoes and vegetables, are not likely to increase in weight.

Half-board rule may be effective, but should still the calories that are in the plates in mind.
