Wait cure is in M & B. Just stand. It is advisable, in the pubs in town (not village) or wait in the castle. They heal faster, and are not likely to be attacked. If the camp or camp in a village, past can attack the invaders, and only 9 of his party, which is under attack. If you are 20 or less you can be alone, for the most part.
